Memories Sweet, Comrades True

The TCU Class of 1959 celebrates their 50th Reunion Weekend, May 8 - 9, 2009. In addition to many other activities, you'll get decked out in mortarboards, robes and commemorative medals to take part in an exciting new Horned Frog tradition: marching with the Class of 2009 in Commencement ceremonies on May 9.

Participate in Your Class Gift

Your 50th Reunion is opportunity to present TCU with a "Class Gift of a lifetime." The Reunion Committee met and agreed upon a goal of $6,000,000 with participation of at least 50 percent of the class. Together your gifts will be used to benefit your alma mater in a significant way and leave a legacy for future Frogs.

The Class Gift will be comprised of:

  • Gifts made since June 1, 2004
  • Pledges to be paid by May 31, 2014
  • Intended bequests
  • Other forms of planned giving such as life insurance policies, charitable gift annuities, etc.
For questions about your 50th Reunion Class Gift, please contact Julie Whitt, Assistant Director of Annual Giving, at 817-257-7800 or j.whitt@tcu.edu. Questions about planned gifts such as bequests, can be directed to Merrilee Kuylen, Director of Gift Planning, at 817-257-7299 or m.kuylen@tcu.edu.
